Dan Rollinson
Dan has recently joined the NZ nature program team to develop the research and scientific component of the volunteer projects and to lead several of the projects. Dan was originally from England where he completed an honours degree in Marine biology at York University. After working in academia, as an ecology research assistant, Dan headed overseas and travelled extensively around Southeast Asia, Australia and New Zealand. More recently he completed a PhD at Griffith University in Australia, his research focusing specifically on the behaviour and ecology of urbanised native birds.
