Charise Gebhart
Charisse Gebhart is the current volunteer coordinator for all of the Africa and Alaska volunteer programs. She is a U.S. citizen and a resident of California, who loves to be in the outdoors. Her undergraduate degree is a BS in Electrical and Biomedical Engineering from California State University, Long Beach and she plans to join the Navy after returning home. Charisse had an incredible time volunteering in GVN�s Nepal Teaching English program in August of 2003. In March of 2004, she visited our program sites in Ghana and Uganda. Now she looks forward to helping others have a volunteer experience that is just as rewarding as hers was.
