The Global Volunteer Network is proud to offer three different expeditions in 2003. The vision behind the expeditions is to research and promote sustainable living so our planet is around for generations to come.

:: Ecuador Expedition

Join our Ecuador Forest Expedition in July 2003. We will be spending two weeks at the Jatun Sacha and Guandera reserves. The expedition will be looking at the impact of deforestation in the tropical amazonian rainforest and inter-Andean high altitude cloud forest.

:: Nepal Expedition

Join our Nepal Environmental Awareness Expedition in September 2003. We will be spending two weeks in the Chitwan district in the Terai region which is 160 Kms to the south of Kathmandu. The expedition aims to further our understanding of the environmental issues facing the rural people of Chitwan and to promote sustainable environmental practices in the local schools.
